Bantubani Group appoints on a project basis. Roles are linked to specific client contracts and are filled as those contracts are confirmed, so engagement is contingent by nature: neither continuous work nor permanent employment is offered or implied. Appointment to any project depends on the contract proceeding, the requirements of that project, and operational needs at the time.
Suitable candidates are registered on our professional register and approached when a relevant project proceeds. Applications are retained for 24 months. Queries, including requests to be removed from the register, may be directed to ***email_hidden***
Bantubani Group applies its Employment Equity Plan and operational requirements in making appointments. We contact every applicant whose information we retain.
