What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement

Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Source top talent through multiple recruitment channels

Conduct candidate screenings and interviews

Present and place high-calibre candidates with leading clients

Negotiate offers and successfully close placements

Develop and grow your own recruitment desk

Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets

What We're Looking For

Proven recruitment experience OR a strong sales/customer service background with a demonstrated billing or sales track record

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A resilient, ambitious, and results-driven mindset

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Entrepreneurial spirit with the confidence to build a desk from the ground up
