Piet Retief Area, Mpumalanga Province – South Africa: Seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Milk Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of the milk processing plant on a well-established Jersey dairy farm in Mpumalanga.

POSITION INFO

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Previous experience managing a milk processing or dairy factory. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Knowledge of dairy processing, quality assurance, and food safety standards. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be an advantage. Valid driver's licence preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO Manage all aspects of the milk processing facility. Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control. Supervise and motivate factory staff. Monitor production efficiency and maintain processing equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and dairy industry regulations.
