Our client, a global technology and managed-services provider, is seeking a Senior Collaboration Technical Architect to lead the design and technical strategy of enterprise collaboration, unified communications, contact centre, and customer experience (CX) solutions.

This is a senior, client-facing architecture role — ideal for a technical expert with strong pre-sales and consulting experience who can engage clients directly, translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, and guide delivery teams through to successful implementation.

What you'll be doing

· Architecting enterprise collaboration, UC, contact centre and CX solutions aligned to client business objectives

· Leading solution workshops, technical presentations and discovery sessions as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

· Owning RFP/RFI responses, Scope of Work development, and technical proposal input

· Producing high-level and low-level designs, architecture documentation and integration specifications

· Providing technical oversight from design through delivery, including POC leadership

What you'll bring

· Demonstrated design/implementation experience across one or more of: Cisco UC & Contact Centre, Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom Contact Center, or equivalent enterprise CC/UC/CX platforms

· Proven pre-sales and technical consulting background — confident engaging executives and translating conceptual designs into practical solutions

· Strong grounding in enterprise networking, security architecture, and systems integration (APIs, REST/SOA, IAM)

· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

· Experience across multinational/global technology environments is a strong advantage
