Junior Inventory Controller

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Inventory Controller to support the accurate management and control of inventory across the business. The successful candidate will monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, investigate stock variances, and ensure all inventory movements are correctly recorded. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, and operational teams.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Track stock movements, receipts, transfers, and issues. Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve variances. Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Prepare inventory reports and maintain audit documentation. Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures. Liaise with internal teams regarding stock availability and inventory queries. Support continuous improvement of inventory control processes. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years' experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain (graduates and interns welcome to apply). Strong Microsoft Excel skills; ERP or inventory system experience is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organisational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
