POSITION INFO

Duties / Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records across the business Record and monitor all stock movements in the ERP system Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly Support cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory audits Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess stock Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales and Finance Reduce shrinkage, losses and stock-related errors Support accurate order fulfilment and purchasing decisions Improve stock control processes and reporting Requirements Proven experience in stock control or inventory management Strong ERP and inventory system knowledge Good analytical and data interpretation skills Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Experience with stock counts, reconciliations and discrepancy investigations Retail, wholesale, warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous Fluent in Afrikaans and English Able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment Education Relevant certificate, diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management or a related field Equivalent practical experience will be considered Soft Skills Highly organised and detail-focused Proactive, reliable and accountable Strong problem-solving skills Clear communicator and confident team player Work Hours Mon - Thu 07h00 - 17h00 Fri 07h00 - 16h00 Every 2nd Saturday 08h00 - 13h00 Salary If you're confident that you fit the role, let's chat!
