• Identify project scope and define detailed requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.

• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate proposed solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Advanced proficiency in HR Payroll.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• A minimum of 8 of experience in relevant related skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis
