Creditors Clerk

Cem Brick Manufacturers is the largest Cement Brick Manufacturer in Bloemfontein and is seeking to employee a Creditors Clerk. This is a permanent position, and the candidate must be energetic and able to give his/her full attention to detail.

• Recording transactions in Pastel Evolution
• Monthly Reconciliation
• Handle all related enquirers
• Age analysis maintenance and reporting
• Receiving and Reconciling of all invoices
• Allocation of receipts and payments
• Administration and maintaining of filling system

Basic IT experience

Minimum of 3 years responsible as a Creditors Clerk

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

100 % Computer literate and literate in Excel

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English and Afrikaans, and to communicate with suppliers

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Experience with timesheets and processing of leave will be beneficial
