An established specialist debt recovery and debt management firm is seeking a dynamic Finance/Operations Manager to lead its finance function. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong operational insight, multi-entity exposure, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO

Job Description: Oversee the full finance and operational functions across multiple entities Manage and mentor a finance team of approximately three employees Prepare and review management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Liaise with banking and financial institution stakeholders Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management activities Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models and reports Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant finance management experience Proven multi-entity finance experience is essential Strong financial services or banking-related industry exposure Advanced Excel skills are required Demonstrated leadership and people management experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment Qualification: CA(SA) preferred but not essential Candidates with CIMA, completed Articles, or a BCom degree will also be considered Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
