Company and Job Description Our client, a well-established organisation within the equipment rental and material handling industry, is seeking a Rental & Admin Coordinator to join their operations team based in Kempton Park. This role supports the Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town branches by coordinating rental administration, processing sales orders, maintaining ERP records, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys working in a structured environment, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and providing operational support within a growing and supportive business. Key Responsibilities Process and manage sales orders for rentals, services, inspections, maintenance, deliveries, collections, and breakdowns. Coordinate with branches, technicians, and vendors to ensure all rental activities are completed efficiently. Upload and maintain customer portal information, inspection reports, job cards, and ERP records. Monitor outstanding sales orders, source quotations where required, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the National Operations team. Education Grade 12 (Matric - essential Diploma in Business Administration or similar Job Experience and Skills Required Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative, operations coordination, rental administration, or service coordination role. Previous experience within the forklift, material handling, equipment rental, logistics, or related industries will be advantageous. Experience working on ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work independently, and provide outstanding customer service. Apply now!
