Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead their finance function and provide strategic financial leadership within a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Oversee financial operations and statutory compliance Drive internal controls, governance and audit readiness Provide strategic financial insight to senior management Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Requirements BCom Accounting or related financial qualification Professional membership with SAICA, CIMA or SAIPA preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Management role Strong budgeting, reporting, IFRS and statutory compliance experience Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Experience within an NPO or donor-funded environment is advantageous but not essential.
