General Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen, and service areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation when required (minimal cooking)
• Serve food to customers during meal times
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
• Assist the team with general duties as needed

Skills and Competencies

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
