Position: Permanent Secretary
Reports To: Government Secretary
Day-to-Day Reporting: Minister
Duty Station: Maseru
Contract Duration: Five (5) Years
Purpose
To provide strategic leadership and supervision in implementing the Ministry’s Strategic Plan towards achieving national development priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following:
- Master’s Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field; or
- Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience
- Master’s Degree: Five (5) years.
- Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree: Seven (7) years.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Ten (10) years.
Experience in Public Service Management is an added advantage.
