Requirements

• Must be ICU Trained and Experienced
• Proven Clinical facilitation skills
• Ability to mentor and train nursing effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Relevant nursing qualifications and certifications

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate clinical training and development for nursing staff
• Oversee ICU clinical practices and ensure compliance with standards
• Support nurses professional growth and competency development
• Conduct skill assessments and competency evaluations for nursing staff
• Support and assist with the orientation of new staff
• Provide hands-on supervision and guidance during clinical procedures and patient care
• Ensure adherence to infection control, health and safety policies within the ICU's
• Serve as a role model for professional behavior and ethical clinical practice
