Our client, a dynamic leader in the mineral processing sector, is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Engineer to support their growth in South Africa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the mining industry by ensuring operational excellence and superior client support in the Limpopo and North West regions. This is a remote role based in Krugersdorp, with extensive travel to mining sites across Limpopo and North West. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, conduct regular site visits, coordinate field service activities, and ensure the optimal performance of vibrating equipment used in mineral processing. Duties: Liaise with clients through daily site visits in Limpopo and North West regions Address client queries, resolve complaints, and assess needs Check spares stock levels and recommend purchases Inspect operation of products and provide advice to clients Assist with the compilation of quotations as needed Capture results of field tests and report accordingly Plan, manage, and coordinate field service activities with Head Office Assist with inspections and make recommendations Ensure installation teams maintain good housekeeping and comply with client requirements during installations Conduct site assessments, maintenance contracts, and design improvements Requirements: Matric and Certified Fitter or Boilermaker / Artisan Minimum 3 years working on or regularly visiting mining sites (non-negotiable) Mineral Processing experience Understanding of the mining industry and operations on a mine Knowledge of SHEQ and applicable health and safety legislation Computer literate on Microsoft programmes Client Support Testing Inspection Microsoft Office GIS
