Are you a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a Creative & Digital Marketing Manager to drive our brand, digital presence, and marketing strategy in a fast-paced product distribution environment.

POSITION INFO

What you'll do: Lead and inspire a creative team across design, web, and multimedia. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales. Oversee digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, social media, paid campaigns, and website performance. Manage product launches, campaigns, events, and marketing activations. Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing collateral. Analyse campaign performance and market trends to optimise results. Drive creative innovation, including AI tools and marketing automation. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years' marketing management experience, ideally in a product, distribution, electrical, or lighting environment. Strong digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO, Google Analytics/Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms such as Monday.com. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. A strategic, commercially minded marketer with exceptional creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
