Duties: Design and deliver consulting and analytics programs, identifying innovative opportunities around data and related processes Resolve complex strategic problems, setting the direction and roadmap for client program delivery Manage complex project structures, particularly with multi-affiliate clients Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, and Client Services Lead, review, and inspire junior members' consulting and analytical work Develop project pitches and secure new assignments Deliver client training programs Incorporate best practices globally within practice areas Manage consulting budgets and resources Liaise with client teams to optimize processes Oversee workload and talent management within the team Promote global best practices and innovative approaches Ensure compliance with model risk, analytics rules, and privacy standards Requirements: Over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry Strong consulting skills and client engagement expertise Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Excellent project management capabilities Strong data analysis skills Proven client management experience Nice to Have: Experience in banking, consulting, or financial services industries In order to comply with the POPI Act, for future career opportunities, we require your permission to maintain your personal details on our database.
