Senior Bookkeeper - Paarl

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our client’s team in Paarl. As a Senior Bookkeeper you will play a vital role in the bookkeeping department.

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in accounting software.
• Bring the books to the trail balance stage and ensure the trail balance accuracy.
• Filing of electronic or hardcopy documents.
• Review management reports and issue to clients for A+, A and B, C category clients.
• Manage VAT reconciliation and submission process.
• Client management and engagement related to bookkeeping matters.
• Manage bookkeeping team administrative and management aspects.

• Matric with mid to high grades in mathematics and accounting.
• Completed Certificate or Completed Diploma in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
