SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to take ownership of our core IT infrastructure environment and team management. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a technically strong professional with current expertise in servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and security.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise server, virtualization, storage, network and security infrastructure Ensure high availability, performance and resilience across all infrastructure platforms Oversee SAN storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions Design and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls and security controls Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, providing technical guidance and support Manage vendors, contract and infrastructure-related budget Govern infrastructure changes through effective risk and change management processes. Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, capacity and ancidents to senior management Job Experience and skill required Min 10 years hands on experience in Enterprise IT infrastructure Relevant qualifications in IT Experience in server administration and hypervisor / virtualisation technologies, SAN and enterprise storage systems, Networking, Firewalls and network security management, Backup and disaster recovery solutions and Enterprise Antivirus Solutions.
