This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned supply chain professional to lead strategic initiatives within a vibrant environment that values continuous improvement and collaborative leadership. Duties: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ensure cross-functional alignment Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Manage demand forecasts and enhance forecast accuracy Coordinate procurement and replenishment plans to meet demand Maintain optimal stock levels and manage slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing to optimize costs Monitor supplier performance and ensure supply chain continuity Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries to customers Optimize transportation costs and service levels Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety regulations Manage the supply chain budget and working capital Maintain business continuity and compliance controls Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field 8-10 years of supply chain experience Minimum of 5 years in management within the FMCG sector Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, Dynamics) Strong inventory management skills Experience with Power BI Familiarity with the following: ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Oracle, Dynamics) Inventory Management Power BI If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
