EXPORT LOGISTICS OFFICER - WINE INDUSTRY

ARABELLA WINES is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Officer to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting in coordinating the end-to-end export process, ensuring efficient shipment execution and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and supplier procurement
• Ensure accurate label printing and product labelling
• Coordinate export certification, laboratory analysis and seal allocations
• Oversee Stock
• Communicate with sales agents and clients regarding order requirements
• Ensure compliance with export regulations including SAWIS, DAL and Wine Online
• Ensure Correct container loading, handling and quality protection of wine
• Provide support as backup to the Export Logistics Manager

Requirements

• 3-5 Years' experience in export logistics, preferably within the South African Wine Industry
• Strong working knowledge of SAWIS, Wine Online and local export procedures
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive planning ability
• Very high level of computer literacy
