- Experience with large-scale transformation or platform rollout
- Technical background (software engineering / platform engineering)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own delivery of GAIA platform initiatives end-to-end
- Define scope, roadmap, and success metrics
- Lead Agile execution across multiple teams and streams
- Align business stakeholders and technical teams
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively
- Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets
- Drive adoption and scaling of AI solutions across hubs
- Provide transparency via metrics, reporting, and dashboards
- Enable continuous improvement through data and feedback loops Support strategic initiatives and contribute to AI roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (or equivalent)
- ~5–10 years experience in software delivery / platform roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams
- Experience in DevOps, cloud, or AI-related environments
- Track record of delivering complex global IT solutions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
