To directs the daily production, technical processes, and staff performance within a grain processing factory/plant. Key duties involve optimizing production efficiency, maintaining strict safety and quality standards, and managing cross-functional technical teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee daily processing, manufacturing lines, and dispatch operations to meet volume goals.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict regulatory standards including HACCP, GMP, and ISO guidelines.
• Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage raw material inventory, supplier relationships, and warehouse logistics.
• Financial Control: Handle site P&L, manage operational budgets, and track cost-saving efficiency measures.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise multidisciplinary plant workers and shift supervisors

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Must be a Qualified Mechanical Engineer
• Experience: 5 - 12 years of plant or manufacturing management experience within food processing, FMCG
• Core Skills: Leadership, budget planning, data analysis, and problem-solving
• Must have experience in an Food Manufacturing Plant
