Well known Game Farm is seeking an experienced and passionate Game Farm Manager or Management Couple to lead the operations of our unique Karoo game farm.

Our business combines sustainable hunting, wildlife management, guest accommodation, and authentic Karoo hospitality. We are looking for practical, self-motivated individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards across the property.

• Manage day-to-day game farm operations.

• Coordinate hunting activities and wildlife management.

• Oversee guest accommodation and hospitality services.

• Lead and manage farm staff and contractors.

• Maintain farm infrastructure, vehicles, fences, roads, and water systems.

• Ensure compliance with conservation and hunting regulations.

• Assist with budgeting, record keeping, and operational planning

• Proven experience in game farm, hunting lodge, safari lodge, or hospitality management.

• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

• Passion for wildlife, hunting, conservation, and rural living.

• Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.

• Valid driver's licence.

• Willingness to live on-site in a remote rural environment.

• Valid SAPS Competency certificate

• Medically fit.

• Clear criminal record.
