DAIRY MANAGER – FM2615

Our client, a well-established pasture-based dairy farm, is looking for an experienced and hands-on Dairy Farm Manager to take ownership of the dairy operation. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated leader with a proven track record in dairy management, capable of driving operational excellence, leading a team, and ensuring the efficient and profitable performance of the dairy unit.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
• Min of 5 years previous dairy experience
• Previous pasture management experience advantageous
• Great stockmanship
• Proven AI Ability
• Computer literate
• Strong record of management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
