The primary purpose of this role is to provide exceptional client service by ensuring the accurate and timeous indexing, allocation, and processing of client instructions relating to a range of investment products. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operational activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance with internal processes and service level agreements.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Accurately index and allocate client instructions. Assist the team in coordinating and completing daily workloads effectively. Process client instructions within allocated turnaround times. Handle investment-related transactions, including investments, disinvestments, switches, and general maintenance instructions. Maintain clear and accurate records of communications and processing activities. Generate and distribute bulk communications to clients as required. Follow up with advisers and external service providers within agreed service levels. Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines. Adhere to established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements. Manage transaction follow-ups and action items according to service level agreements. Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required. Job Experience and Skills Required: Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. Relevant post-matric qualification will be advantageous, particularly in Mathematics or Accounting. Minimum 1 year experience within an investment, financial planning, or financial services environment. LISP experience will be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Competency Requirements: Strong attention to detail. High level of accuracy. Effective time management skills. Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. Strong organisational skills. Disciplined and dependable work ethic. Team player with a collaborative approach. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
