• Spearhead the promotion and sales growth of Agricol seed products within your designated territory, exceeding targets and fostering market penetration.
• Deliver expert agronomic and technical guidance to farmers and customers, enhancing their crop yields and operational efficiency.
• Orchestrate and execute product trials, meticulously documenting and communicating findings to both Agricol and the farming clientele.
• Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Undertake regular travel throughout the territory to actively support sales initiatives and provide on-the-ground technical assistance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, trial data, and sales activities through diligent use of company systems.

• A relevant agricultural and/or seed sales qualification, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience in a similar capacity.
• Exceptional proficiency in Afrikaans, both spoken and written, is paramount for effective communication with our client base.
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for record-keeping and reporting.
• A valid driver's licence, enabling extensive travel within the assigned territory.
• A self-motivated and independent work ethic, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• A commitment to extensive travel within the territory to meet the demands of the role.
