• Spearhead the promotion and sales of premium Agricol seed products within your designated territory, exceeding ambitious targets.
• Deliver expert agronomic and technical guidance to farmers and valued customers, ensuring optimal crop performance and satisfaction.
• Orchestrate and execute comprehensive product trials, meticulously documenting and disseminating results to both Agricol and the farming community.
• Cultivate and nurture robust, enduring relationships with a diverse client base, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Undertake regular travel across your territory to actively support sales initiatives and provide essential technical field assistance.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions, trial data, and all relevant activities using established systems.

• A relevant agricultural and/or seed sales qualification, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written Afrikaans is non-negotiable.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships through excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in general computer applications and record-keeping.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential for extensive travel.
• A highly self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
• A genuine willingness to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory.
