Our client, a prominent player in the agricultural sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agronomist / Technical Marketer to join their team in Mpumalanga. • Spearhead the promotion and sales of Agricol seed products within your designated Mpumalanga territory, consistently exceeding targets.
• Deliver expert agronomic and technical guidance to farmers and customers, enhancing their crop yields and operational efficiency.
• Strategically plan, execute, and report on product trials, providing actionable insights to both Agricol and the farming community.
• Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with a diverse range of farmers and stakeholders.
• Undertake regular travel throughout the territory to actively support sales initiatives and technical engagements.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, trial data, and sales activities through diligent computer literacy.

• A relevant agricultural and/or seed sales qualification, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional Afrikaans proficiency, both spoken and written, is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Proven strength in communication and the ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications and systems.
• A valid South African driver’s licence.
• A self-motivated individual with the capacity to work autonomously and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned Mpumalanga territory.
