As a Graduate: Marketing Administrator you will play a key role in supporting various Marketing functions, including and general Marketing administration. Being part of a strong team and working together on campaigns and events, to reach and exceed business objectives.

This role is based at the Econo Foods central office in Cape Town (Bellville/Tygervalley) - so applicants MUST be based or live in Cape Town.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with general Marketing administration support for the Marketing team.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are executed efficiently.
• Managing procurement processes, reconciling invoices, tracking budgets, coordinating deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records of marketing assets and merchandise inventory.
• Support the Marketing team with planning and coordinating marketing events and campaigns - Store openings, Company social media presence

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Must have the following completed qualification National Diploma (NQF-6) or BCom degree (NQF-7) in...

• Marketing Management
• Retail Marketing

2. Some knowledge or exposure to using MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

Important information to take note

• The Graduate program is for a duration of 12 months (fixed term contract)
• Must have completed/graduated in one of the above fields (Diploma or Degree - NQF Level 6 / 7)
• Available to start asap in August 2026
• Available full time ( Monday -Friday)
• Not actively enrolled in another study program (Learnership/Internship/Graduate Programme) especially with the W&RSETA
• Passionate, hardworking, wanting to grow and learn
• Building your career in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG).
• Salary is R5 500 per month (as per the SETA Stipend for HET Degree Graduates)
• Must be of Youth age between 20 - 35 years old
