Warehouse Manager | Manufacturing (Paint & Waterproofing) - R25-R30 000

A well-established manufacturer within the paint, coatings and waterproofing industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee its warehouse operations in Killarney Gardens.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience within the paint, coatings, waterproofing, chemical or building materials industry will be highly advantageous.

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Supervise stock control, cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing and on-time deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate logistics and transport activities.
• Lead, coach and manage the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Manufacturing experience is essential.
• Experience within the paint, coatings, waterproofing, chemical or building materials industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
• Valid driver's licence.

• Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (dependent on experience)
