Integrity 360 are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing plan within an assigned territory, acting as the primary marketing lead for that region. The role focuses on stakeholder management, campaign planning, demand generation, event delivery, PR/Media relations, partner marketing and regional brand and growth initiatives.
The role does NOT have primary responsibility for graphic design, website development, digital advertising execution, SEO or content production. Instead, the Senior Marketing Executive works closely with specialist marketing functions to deliver regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Leadership
- Own and implement the regional marketing plan aligned to corporate objectives.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for regional sales and leadership teams.
- Identify regional market opportunities, trends and growth initiatives.
- Ensure marketing activities support agreed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and investment priorities.
Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Develop integrated campaign plans for the region.
- Build campaign briefs and requirements for specialist teams.
- Coordinate campaign execution across content, digital, design, communications and events functions.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Regional Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Practice Leaders.
- Gather regional requirements and translate business priorities into marketing activity.
- Ensure alignment between local market needs and global marketing strategy.
- Present marketing plans, results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Event & Field Marketing
- Plan and deliver regional events, executive roundtables, webinars and industry conferences.
- Coordinate speakers, venues, partners and attendee engagement activities.
- Manage event budgets and ROI tracking.
- Develop post-event follow-up and lead nurture activities with sales teams.
Vendor & Partner Marketing
- Develop joint marketing plans with strategic technology partners.
- Manage MDF opportunities and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate partner-led campaigns, webinars and events.
- Strengthen regional partner relationships to maximise commercial outcomes.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Contribution
- Support lead generation programmes within the region.
- Work with sales leadership to understand pipeline requirements.
- Ensure effective lead management, tracking and reporting.
- Monitor marketing performance against agreed KPIs.

The Senior Marketing Executive will also collaborate closely with specialist teams who provide delivery expertise, including:

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for briefing, coordinating and prioritising these resources to support regional objectives rather than producing these deliverables themselves.
