Senior Interior Designer - Johannesburg

Join a well-established, award-winning architectural practice in Johannesburg as a Senior Interior Designer. We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled professional with extensive commercial interior design experience, exceptional Revit proficiency, and a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions from concept through to completion.

• Develop innovative interior design concepts from inception to completion.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Prepare layouts, specifications and presentation material.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and contractors.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Resolve design and technical challenges.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior designers where required.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Interior Design.

Experience

• Minimum 5-6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Extremely proficient in Revit (non-negotiable).
• Strong commercial interior design experience.
• Excellent space planning and concept development skills.
• Experience producing technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and interior finishes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
