Investment Banking Associate or Vice President

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join a specialist corporate finance team focused on the metals and mining sector. The successful candidate will work on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates while supporting transactions across the natural resources industry.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years' investment banking or corporate finance experience
• Prior transaction experience within the metals & mining or natural resources sector
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring skills
• Experience with M&A, equity capital raising, project finance, or debt financing transactions
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools
