Investment Banking Associate/Vice President (Telecommunications)

We are currently seeking an Investment Banking Associate/Vice President (Telecommunications)to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience and must have prior transaction experience within the telecommunications, digital infrastructure or TMT sector.
• Strong technical capabilities across financial analysis, valuation and transaction structuring, combined with a working understanding of telecom-specific metrics and how infrastructure, operating and digital assets are valued.
• A proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors and infrastructure investors, and to originate and execute mandates.
• Familiarity with the deal types relevant to the sector, including M&A, equity capital raising and debt and infrastructure financing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working alongside colleagues across the firm’s regional offices.
• Strong skills using technology.
• Experience within an investment bank, corporate finance advisory, private equity or infrastructure fund, with sector exposure to telecommunications, towers, fibre, data centres or digital infrastructure considered a strong advantage.
