We're looking for a curious, creative, and tech-savvy Content & Product Education Specialist to bridge the gap between product teams and end users.

This is not your typical technical writing role.

You'll be part teacher, part storyteller, part detective, part product advocate, and occasionally the person explaining for the fifth time why a feature is actually amazing.

You'll help users understand software better through engaging guides, tutorials, release communications, training materials, videos, and content that makes learning feel effortless.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: You'll become a trusted voice of the product, helping both customers and internal teams understand new features, updates, best practices, and business value. Your days could include: Creating user guides, knowledge base articles, tutorials and learning resources Turning feature updates into easy-to-understand release communications Developing screenshots, walkthroughs, quick reference materials and visual aids Producing short training videos and instructional content Working closely with product, customer success, support and marketing teams Keeping learning resources accurate, up-to-date and easy to find Building realistic demo environments for training and content creation Translating technical functionality into practical business benefits Identifying content gaps and improving the overall customer learning experience Supporting product launches with educational and adoption-focused content Using AI tools responsibly to increase efficiency while maintaining quality, accuracy and human oversight Job Experience and Skills Required: Experience creating software training materials, user guides, knowledge base articles, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, or product documentation Background in technical writing, instructional design, customer education, content development, SaaS training, or a similar role Experience translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for business audiences Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language Ability to simplify complex information and present it in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, or Enablement teams Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to think from the user's perspective and create content that improves learning, adoption, and customer experience Comfortable learning new software platforms, systems, and technologies quickly Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Nice-to-Have Experience Experience creating video tutorials, screen recordings, GIFs, or eLearning content Experience working with knowledge management platforms, learning portals, or Help Centre environments Experience developing product adoption, feature launch, or customer education content Exposure to CRM, workflow automation, document management, or other B2B software solutions Experience using AI-powered tools to support research, content creation, editing, and content optimisation Experience creating simple graphics, annotated screenshots, or visual learning content for success Apply now!
