Chief Marketing Architect

 to lead its marketing function and drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market share across South Africa.

This executive role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader with a strong background in the automotive sector, who has successfully developed brands, launched products, and led high-performing marketing teams. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to translate market insights into commercial success., passionate about building brands, influencing stakeholders, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business results.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field. MBA will be highly advantageous. 10–15 years' senior marketing experience, preferably within the automotive industry. Proven experience leading successful integrated marketing campaigns. Strong digital marketing and CRM expertise. Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), web analytics, and Google Ads. Demonstrated success in brand development, product launches, customer experience, and market growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the long-term marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead brand positioning, brand equity, and integrated marketing initiatives across all channels. Drive successful product launches and go-to-market strategies. Oversee digital marketing, CRM, PR, advertising, creative agencies, social media, and communications. Analyse customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
