Merchandising Administrator

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Merchandising Administrator to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and passionate about supporting stores through accurate pricing, effective communication, and seamless merchandising execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards, store guidelines, and asset records
• Manage sales tags, pricing accuracy, and artwork coordination
• Support the Demo to Go process and discontinued product replacements
• Conduct monthly store merchandising checks and follow up on outstanding actions
• Communicate merchandising updates and requirements to stores and support teams
• Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and sales tag libraries

Skills and Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Retail, Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Decorating, or a related field
• Valid driver's licence
• 2-3 years' experience in retail merchandising administration or store support
• 1-2 years' experience in pricing, sales tag, or product data administration
• Experience in a furniture, homeware, décor, or showroom environment will be advantageous
