Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth Customer Relationship Management Retail Execution Territory Management Administration Collaboration Minimum Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric). Relevant Sales, Marketing, or Business qualification (advantageous). Minimum 3-5 years' current external FMCG sales experience within KwaZulu-Natal. Proven track record of growing sales within an established territory. Strong understanding of the KwaZulu-Natal retail market. Existing relationships with retail buyers and store management (highly advantageous). Experience servicing both national retail chains and independent retailers. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills. Strong commercial and business acumen. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid Code B driver's licence. Reliable, roadworthy vehicle suitable for daily travel. Willingness to travel extensively throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
