POSITION INFO

Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years' logistics management experience within the automotive industry. Proven experience managing imports, exports, shipping and transport operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience managing logistics providers, freight forwarders and customs processes. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end vehicle supply chain, from order placement to final delivery. Overseeing sea freight, air freight, imports, exports and cross-border logistics. Coordinating shipments with international suppliers, shipping agents, customs, warehouses and transport providers. Managing vehicle allocations, stock levels and inventory to ensure maximum availability while minimising costs. Monitoring vessel movements and proactively communicating potential delays. Overseeing customs documentation, freight documentation and export compliance.
