A busy and well-established motor dealership in Ballito is seeking an experienced and target-driven Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who has a proven track record in used vehicle sales, strong customer service skills and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sell quality used vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Generate new business and follow up on sales leads.

Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.

Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Ensure all dealership procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous used vehicle sales experience within a reputable motor dealership
• Proven vehicle sales record
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Computer literate
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced dealership environment
• Must reside in Ballito or the surrounding areas

Salary And Benefits

• Basic salary: R11,500 – R13,500 per month
