AGRONOMIST / TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER Our client, a leading seed breeding and production company, is seeking an Agronomist/Technical Sales Manager! - Location: Port Elizabeth - Salary: R35,000 - R40,000 CTC - Benefits: Provident Fund + Company Vehicle (not part of CTC) - Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Essential Requirements: - 2-5 years experience in seed sales or agronomy - Relevant Agronomy experience and qualification - Fluent in Afrikaans and English (read, write, speak) - ESSENTIAL - Valid driver''''s license (non-negotiable) - Own transportation Key Skills: - Ability to build strong relationships with customers - Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated - Willingness to travel and work weekends/overtime during peak hours - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Good administrative skills and computer literacy Personality: - Good at working with people - Can sell easily and build rapport - Junior management level Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for seed products - Provide technical advice to farmers and agents on product use - Assist with planning, execution, and evaluation of product trials - Ensure new product information reaches agents and farmers - Give presentations during farmer days and study groups - Develop and achieve sales budgets by tracking performance - Assist with stock takes and consignment stock management Scholtz International
