POSITION INFO

The main purpose of role: As a Finance Solutions Product Owner, and a member of the agile team, you are responsible for the execution of a finance product vision and delivery aligned with evolving customer and business needs. Requirements: Business degree with Finance and Information Systems/Technology subjects or Financial Accounting Degree, Product Owner or Scrum certification (Beneficial) 3-5 years of experience in a similar role leading a team of Business and Systems Analysts. (Beneficial) Business acumen experience in retail finance environments. (Beneficial) Project exposure to implement and design solutions aligned to industry practices Facilitate training sessions/presentations People Management experience including Resource Recruitment and on-boarding Hands on experience with software development and documentation Scrum and user stories with acceptance criteria for Agile Business Requirements Document to Functional Requirements Document for Waterfall projects Able to explain technical details Solid foundation in finance and business system design The following will be an advantage: SAP/Oracle Finance Financial Reporting Tools Experience using Jira Understand and translate business requirements into quality system solutions that ensure optimal system performance and stability and provide support and continuous improvement.
