Our esteemed client, a prominent player within the South African automotive sector, is actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Parts Manager to spearhead their operations in Mokopane. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead and optimise all parts operations, ensuring peak efficiency in stock control, inventory management, and procurement processes. Take ownership of the financial health of the parts department, including strategic budgeting, rigorous cost control, and proactive financial analysis. Champion adherence to all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and uphold the dealership''s stringent policies and procedures. Cultivate and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. Elevate customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless and exceptional aftersales service delivery through effective parts management. Drive profitability within the parts division by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategic initiatives. Essential Requirements: National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years'' proven experience within an aftersales division, demonstrating robust supervisory capabilities. At least 2-3 years of dedicated experience in a management role, with a strong track record of leadership. Previous experience within an OEM dealership environment will be considered a significant advantage. A valid South African driver''s license. Possession of strong, in-depth knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Advanced proficiency in computer applications, with a particular emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills. A solid financial acumen and practical experience with Dealership Management System (DMS) operations.
