A busy, upmarket radiology practice in Rosebank, Johannesburg is looking to appoint an experienced MRI Reception Consultant to join our dynamic team.

* Previous Radiology reception experience is essential (applications without radiology experience will not be considered).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong administrative and computer skills.

* Experience with medical aids, patient bookings, authorisations, and radiology practice systems will be advantageous.

* Welcoming and assisting patients.

* Booking MRI appointments.

* Obtaining medical aid authorisations and benefit information.

* Managing patient registrations and documentation.

* Handling telephonic and email enquiries.

* Providing exceptional patient service while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
