• 3-5 years proven experience in our retail or store management (experience within retail optical will be advantageous)
• A confident and influential leader with exceptional people leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
• A demonstrated history of sales growth, operational excellence, and sustained business performance
• Exceptional planning, and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused, detail oriented, and adaptable

• Support and lead retail store team/s
• Champion an outstanding patient and customer experience that reflects our Torga Magic ethos
• Grow sales and ensure the store meets and or exceeds performance targets
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective action plans
