Are you a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader with a passion for building high performing teams in a fast-paced call centre environment? We are seeking a Sales Team Leader based in Umhlanga who can take ownership, inspire performance and deliver measurable growth. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a call centre environment. You will be responsible for leading, developing and motivating a team to consistently exceed targets while maintaining a strong and positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop a high performing call centre sales team Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed targets Monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement Work closely with business owners on growth and performance strategies Requirements Minimum 5-10 years experience in a call centre environment Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead from the front Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach and develop individuals into top performers Results-driven mindset Package & Remuneration Salary: R20 000 negotiable , depending on experience and proven performance.
