Our client, an established textile and homeware supplier with a national footprint, is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a strategic succession appointment for an accomplished executive who can drive operational excellence, sustainable growth, digital transformation and business innovation while preserving the values and culture that have underpinned the company''s success. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business. Drive business growth, operational efficiency and profitability. Lead transformation, innovation and technology initiatives, including AI and systems optimisation. Oversee financial performance in partnership with the Finance team. Develop high-performing leadership teams and succession plans. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements Relevant degree in Business, Finance or similar (MBA advantageous). Minimum 10 years'' executive leadership experience. Proven success leading growth, transformation or large operational businesses. Strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen. Experience within retail, wholesale, manufacturing or distribution environments will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience leading technology and business process improvement initiatives.
