SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN - AUTOMOTIVE Our client in the automotive industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to lead their workshop operations in Roodepoort! Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 CTC Benefits: Medical Aid + Provident Fund Essential Requirements: - Red Seal Trade Qualification (Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic) - Proven supervisory/foreman experience in automotive workshop - Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and maintenance - Valid driver''s license Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage workshop technicians and mechanics - Oversee daily workshop operations and workflow - Ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards - Manage job allocation and ensure deadlines are met - Monitor workshop productivity and efficiency - Ensure health and safety compliance in workshop - Conduct quality inspections on completed work - Drive team performance and productivity - Liaise with service advisors and management Essential Skills: - Strong technical automotive knowledge - Leadership and team management abilities - Planning and organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Problem-solving and fault-finding abilities - Understanding of workshop procedures and standards Ready to lead a workshop team in the automotive industry?
