Salary: R12 500 – R15 000 + Commission

A well-established franchised motor dealership is looking for an experienced and target-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record of consistently achieving strong monthly vehicle sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Sell new vehicles while consistently achieving monthly sales targets. Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Assist customers with finance applications, trade-ins, and vehicle deliveries. Complete all sales administration accurately and efficiently. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI). Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12). Minimum 3 years' experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive in a franchised dealership. Proven track record of consistently selling 10-15+ vehicles per month. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong customer service focus. Computer literate. Valid South African driver's licence.
